Role Overview: As a Credit Representative at INSPYR Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing credit accounts and supporting the financial health of our clients. This position involves assessing creditworthiness, resolving account issues, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure timely payments and minimize risk. What You'll Do: - You will evaluate credit applications and analyze financial data to determine creditworthiness. - You will communicate with clients to resolve billing and payment issues effectively. - You will monitor accounts to identify and address potential credit risks. - You will collaborate with internal teams to support credit policies and procedures. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status. - You will assist in preparing reports on credit activities and account performance. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - You will participate in continuous training to stay updated on industry best practices. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from an accredited four-year university. - You have at least 2 years of experience in credit management or a related financial role. - You possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and credit management software. - You are authorized to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or equivalent). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a hybrid work environment. - Knowledge of credit laws and regulations. - Previous experience in a contract or long-term temporary role. - Familiarity with financial reporting and data analysis tools.
