Role Overview: As a Credit Representative at INSPYR Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing and assessing credit applications, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining strong client relationships. What You'll Do: - You will evaluate credit applications and financial information to determine creditworthiness. - You will communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and clarify credit terms. - You will monitor accounts to identify and resolve credit issues promptly. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely credit decisions. - You will maintain detailed records of credit activities and client interactions. - You will assist in developing credit policies and procedures to improve efficiency. - You will provide regular reports on credit status and risks to management. - You will support compliance with regulatory requirements related to credit management. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from an accredited four-year university. - You have at least 2 years of experience in credit analysis, credit management, or a related financial role. - You possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with credit software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You are authorized to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or equivalent). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a hybrid work environment. - Knowledge of credit laws and regulations. - Familiarity with financial reporting and risk assessment tools. - Previous experience in a contract or long-term temporary role.
