Job Title: CORP - Credit Representative Company Overview: INSPYR Solutions is a leading provider of innovative business solutions, specializing in financial services and consulting. Role Overview: As a Credit Representative at INSPYR Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing and assessing credit accounts to ensure financial stability and minimize risk. This position involves working closely with clients and internal teams to evaluate creditworthiness and support effective credit management processes. What You'll Do: - You will review and analyze credit applications and financial statements to determine credit risk. - You will communicate with clients to gather necessary information and resolve credit-related issues. - You will monitor accounts for payment compliance and follow up on overdue payments. - You will collaborate with internal departments to support credit policies and procedures. - You will maintain accurate records of credit activities and prepare reports for management. - You will assist in developing strategies to improve credit collection and reduce bad debt. - You will stay informed about industry trends and regulatory requirements affecting credit management. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from an accredited four-year university. - You have at least 2 years of experience in credit analysis, collections, or a related financial role. - You possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. - You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and credit management software. - You are authorized to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card holder, or equivalent). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a hybrid work environment. - Knowledge of credit laws and regulations. - Familiarity with financial reporting and accounting principles. - Previous experience in a contract or consulting role.
