Job Title: Credit Representative Company Overview: INSPYR Solutions is a leading provider of innovative business solutions, specializing in financial services and credit management. Role Overview: As a Credit Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing credit accounts and supporting the financial health of our clients. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate credit assessments and timely resolution of credit-related issues. What You'll Do: - You will evaluate credit applications and analyze financial information to determine creditworthiness. - You will communicate with customers to resolve credit inquiries and disputes professionally. - You will collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely credit reporting. - You will monitor accounts for payment compliance and follow up on overdue payments. - You will maintain detailed records of credit transactions and customer interactions. - You will assist in developing credit policies and procedures to improve efficiency. - You will provide regular reports on credit status and risks to management. - You will support audit processes by preparing necessary documentation. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from an accredited four-year university. - You have at least 2 years of experience in credit management or a related financial role. - You possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with credit management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You are authorized to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or equivalent). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a hybrid work environment. - Knowledge of credit laws and regulations. - Previous experience in a customer service or collections role. - Familiarity with financial reporting and audit processes.
