Role Overview: As a Credit Representative at INSPYR Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing credit accounts and ensuring timely collections. This position is designed for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining strong client relationships. What You'll Do: - You will manage and monitor credit accounts to ensure timely payments and minimize risk. - You will communicate effectively with clients to resolve billing issues and negotiate payment plans. - You will analyze credit data and financial statements to assess creditworthiness. - You will collaborate with internal teams to streamline credit and collection processes. - You will maintain accurate records of all credit and collection activities. - You will prepare reports on credit status and collection efforts for management review. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. - You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance credit operations. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from an accredited four-year university. - You have at least 2 years of experience in credit management or a related financial role. - You possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - You have excellent communication and negotiation skills. - You are authorized to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or equivalent). - You are comfortable working in a hybrid schedule with 1-3 days onsite in Houston, TX. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with credit management software and financial analysis tools. - Knowledge of relevant credit laws and regulations. - Previous experience in a contract or long-term temporary role. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
