Role Overview: As a Credit Representative at INSPYR Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing credit accounts and ensuring timely payments. This position is designed for a detail-oriented professional who can effectively communicate with clients and internal teams to maintain healthy credit relationships. What You'll Do: - You will manage and monitor credit accounts to ensure timely payments and minimize risk. - You will communicate with clients to resolve billing issues and negotiate payment plans. - You will analyze credit data and financial statements to assess creditworthiness. - You will collaborate with sales and finance teams to support credit policies and procedures. - You will maintain accurate records of credit transactions and client communications. - You will assist in preparing reports on credit status and outstanding balances. - You will ensure compliance with company credit policies and regulatory requirements. - You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance credit processes. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from an accredited four-year university. - You have at least 2 years of experience in credit management or a related financial role. - You possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - You have excellent communication and negotiation skills. - You are authorized to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or equivalent). - You are comfortable working in a hybrid schedule (1-3 days onsite in Houston, TX). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a corporate credit environment. - Familiarity with credit management software and financial analysis tools. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to credit and collections. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
