Role Overview: As a Credit Representative at INSPYR Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing credit accounts and ensuring timely collections. This position is designed for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to maintaining strong client relationships. What You'll Do: - You will manage and monitor credit accounts to ensure timely payments and minimize risk. - You will communicate effectively with clients to resolve billing issues and negotiate payment plans. - You will analyze credit data and financial statements to assess creditworthiness. - You will collaborate with internal teams to support credit policies and procedures. - You will maintain accurate records of all credit and collection activities. - You will assist in preparing reports on credit status and collection efforts. - You will stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the credit department. What You Bring: - Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from an accredited four-year university. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit management or collections. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in credit management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Authorization to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or equivalent). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a hybrid work environment. - Knowledge of credit laws and regulations. - Previous experience in a financial services company. - Additional certifications related to credit or finance.
