Job Title: Credit Representative Company Overview: INSPYR Solutions is a leading provider of innovative business solutions, specializing in financial services and credit management. Role Overview: As a Credit Representative at INSPYR Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing credit accounts and supporting clients with their credit needs. This position involves assessing creditworthiness, resolving credit issues, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure timely payments and minimize financial risk. What You'll Do: - You will evaluate credit applications and analyze financial data to determine creditworthiness. - You will communicate with clients to resolve billing and payment issues effectively. - You will monitor accounts to identify and address potential credit risks. - You will collaborate with internal teams to streamline credit processes and improve customer experience. - You will maintain accurate records of credit transactions and client communications. - You will assist in preparing reports on credit status and account activities. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - You will support the credit team in various administrative and operational tasks as needed. What You Bring: - Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from an accredited four-year university. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit management or a related financial role. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and credit management software. - Authorization to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or equivalent). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a hybrid work environment. - Knowledge of credit laws and regulations. - Previous experience in a contract or long-term project role. - Familiarity with Houston’s financial market and business environment.
