Role Overview: As a Credit Representative at INSPYR Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing credit accounts and ensuring timely payments. This position involves working closely with clients to assess creditworthiness, resolve payment issues, and maintain strong customer relationships to support the company’s financial health. What You'll Do: - You will evaluate credit applications and analyze financial data to determine credit risk. - You will communicate with clients to resolve billing disputes and payment delays. - You will monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments. - You will collaborate with internal teams to update credit policies and procedures. - You will maintain accurate records of credit transactions and client communications. - You will provide regular reports on credit status and account activity to management. - You will assist in developing strategies to improve credit collection processes. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from an accredited four-year university. - You have at least 2 years of experience in credit management or a related financial role. - You possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - You have excellent communication and negotiation skills. - You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and credit management software. - You are authorized to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or equivalent). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a hybrid work environment. - Knowledge of credit laws and regulations. - Familiarity with financial reporting and accounting principles. - Previous experience in a customer service or collections role.
