Job Title: Credit Representative Company Overview: INSPYR Solutions is a leading provider of innovative business solutions, specializing in financial services and credit management. Role Overview: As a Credit Representative at INSPYR Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing credit accounts and supporting clients with their credit needs. This position involves assessing creditworthiness, resolving credit issues, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure financial stability and compliance. What You'll Do: - You will evaluate credit applications and analyze financial data to determine credit risk. - You will communicate with clients to resolve credit discrepancies and answer inquiries. - You will monitor accounts to identify and address potential credit issues proactively. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate credit reporting and documentation. - You will maintain detailed records of credit transactions and client communications. - You will assist in developing credit policies and procedures to improve efficiency. - You will support collections efforts by coordinating with clients and collection agencies. - You will stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to credit management. What You Bring: - Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field from an accredited four-year university. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit analysis, credit management, or a related financial role. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and credit reports. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively. - Proficiency in credit management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Authorization to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or equivalent). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a hybrid work environment. - Knowledge of credit laws and regulations. - Previous experience in a long-term contract role. - Familiarity with collections processes and dispute resolution.
