Role Overview: As a Credit Representative at INSPYR Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing credit accounts and supporting our clients with their financial needs. What You'll Do: - You will manage and review credit accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. - You will communicate effectively with clients to resolve credit issues and provide support. - You will analyze financial data to assess creditworthiness and recommend appropriate actions. - You will collaborate with internal teams to streamline credit processes and improve efficiency. - You will maintain detailed records of client interactions and credit transactions. - You will assist in preparing reports and documentation related to credit activities. - You will stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting credit management. - You will participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills. What You Bring: - Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from an accredited four-year university. - At least 2 years of experience in credit management or a related financial role. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. - Authorization to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or equivalent). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a hybrid work environment. - Knowledge of credit software and financial management systems. - Previous experience in a customer service role within the financial sector. - Additional certifications related to credit or finance.
