Role Overview: As a Credit Representative at INSPYR Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing credit accounts and ensuring timely payments. This position involves working closely with clients to resolve credit issues and maintain strong business relationships. What You'll Do: - You will review and analyze credit applications and financial statements. - You will communicate with clients to resolve billing and payment discrepancies. - You will monitor accounts to identify and address potential credit risks. - You will collaborate with internal teams to support credit and collections processes. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status. - You will assist in preparing reports on credit activities and account performance. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance credit operations. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from an accredited four-year university. - You have at least 2 years of experience in credit management or a related financial role. - You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - You are proficient with credit management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You are authorized to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or equivalent). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a hybrid work environment. - Knowledge of credit laws and regulations. - Previous experience in a long-term contract role. - Familiarity with the Houston business market.
