Role Overview: As a Credit Representative at INSPYR Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing credit accounts and ensuring timely payments while maintaining positive client relationships. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively communicate and negotiate with clients to resolve credit issues. What You'll Do: - You will manage and monitor client credit accounts to ensure timely payments and minimize risk. - You will communicate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies and negotiate payment plans. - You will analyze credit data and financial statements to assess creditworthiness. - You will collaborate with internal teams to update credit policies and procedures. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and credit transactions. - You will assist in preparing reports on credit status and outstanding balances. - You will support the credit department in compliance and audit activities. - You will provide exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from an accredited four-year university. - You have at least 2 years of experience in credit management or a related financial role. - You possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - You have excellent communication and negotiation skills. - You are proficient with credit management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You are authorized to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or equivalent). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a hybrid work environment. - Knowledge of credit laws and regulations. - Previous experience in a contract or long-term assignment role. - Familiarity with financial reporting and audit processes.
