Job Title: Credit Representative Company Overview: INSPYR Solutions is a leading provider of innovative business solutions, specializing in financial services and credit management. Role Overview: As a Credit Representative at INSPYR Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing credit accounts and supporting clients with their credit needs. This position involves assessing creditworthiness, resolving credit issues, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure timely payments and minimize financial risk. What You'll Do: - You will evaluate credit applications and analyze financial data to determine creditworthiness. - You will communicate with clients to resolve billing and payment issues effectively. - You will monitor accounts to identify and address potential credit risks. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely credit processing. - You will maintain detailed records of credit transactions and client interactions. - You will assist in developing credit policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. - You will provide exceptional customer service to support client retention and satisfaction. - You will participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from an accredited four-year university. - You possess at least 2 years of experience in credit management or a related financial role. - You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - You are proficient in credit software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are authorized to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or equivalent). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a hybrid work environment. - Knowledge of credit laws and regulations. - Previous experience in a customer-facing credit role. - Familiarity with financial reporting and risk assessment tools.
