Role Overview: As a Credit Representative at INSPYR Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing credit accounts and ensuring timely payments. This position is designed for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining strong client relationships. What You'll Do: - You will manage and monitor credit accounts to ensure timely payments and minimize risk. - You will communicate effectively with clients to resolve billing issues and answer credit-related inquiries. - You will analyze credit data and financial statements to assess creditworthiness. - You will collaborate with internal teams to support credit policies and procedures. - You will maintain accurate records of credit transactions and client communications. - You will assist in the preparation of credit reports and documentation. - You will support the credit department in various administrative tasks as needed. - You will adhere to compliance standards and company policies in all credit activities. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from an accredited four-year university. - You possess at least 2 years of experience in credit management or a related financial role. - You have strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial data analysis. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are authorized to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or equivalent). - You are comfortable working in a hybrid schedule with 1-3 days onsite in Houston, TX. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a contract or consulting environment. - Familiarity with credit software and financial management systems. - Knowledge of compliance regulations related to credit and collections. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
