Job Title: Credit Representative Company Overview: INSPYR Solutions is a leading provider of innovative business solutions, specializing in financial services and credit management. Role Overview: As a Credit Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing credit accounts and supporting the financial health of our clients. This position involves assessing creditworthiness, resolving account issues, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure timely payments and minimize risk. What You'll Do: - You will evaluate credit applications and analyze financial data to determine creditworthiness. - You will communicate with clients to resolve billing disputes and answer credit-related inquiries. - You will monitor accounts for overdue payments and initiate collection efforts as needed. - You will maintain accurate records of credit transactions and client communications. - You will collaborate with internal teams to improve credit policies and procedures. - You will prepare reports on credit status and account activity for management review. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. What You Bring: - You bring a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from an accredited four-year university. - You have at least 2 years of experience in credit management or a related financial role. - You possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - You have excellent communication and negotiation skills. - You are proficient with credit management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You are authorized to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or equivalent). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a hybrid work environment. - Knowledge of credit laws and regulations. - Previous experience in a long-term contract role. - Familiarity with the Houston financial market.
