Job Title: Business Account Representative Company Overview: INSPYR Solutions is a dynamic and innovative company based in Plano, Texas, specializing in providing cutting-edge business solutions to a diverse range of clients. Role Overview: As a Business Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our client relationships. Your primary focus will be to support business accounts by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive success. What You'll Do: - You will manage and nurture existing business accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention. - You will identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts to drive revenue growth. - You will collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. - You will provide timely and effective communication to clients regarding their accounts and any updates. - You will assist in preparing proposals and presentations for prospective and current clients. - You will participate in regular team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions. - You will occasionally attend in-person meetings at the Plano office as required. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in business account management or a related sales role. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - You are authorized to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or equivalent). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment. - Knowledge of the Plano, TX business market. - Background in technology or business solutions sales. - Ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
