Your primary focus will be to understand client needs, provide exceptional service, and drive business growth through effective account management. What You'll Do: - You will manage a portfolio of business accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. - You will identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services. - You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - You will analyze market trends to provide insights and recommendations to clients. - You will participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills. - You will contribute to achieving team sales targets and company objectives. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in business account management or a related sales role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote/hybrid team. - US Citizenship, Green Card holder, or authorized to work in the US. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment. - Knowledge of the Plano, TX business market. - Previous experience in contract or long-term client management. - Additional language skills are a plus.
