Role Overview: As a Business Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our client relationships. Your primary focus will be to support business accounts by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will manage and nurture relationships with business clients to drive account growth and retention. - You will identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - You will participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product offerings. - You will contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives. - You will occasionally attend in-person meetings at the Plano office as required. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in business account management or a related sales role. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are authorized to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or equivalent). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment. - Knowledge of the Plano business market and local client base. - Previous experience in the technology or solutions industry. - Additional language skills to support diverse client interactions.
