Role Overview: As a Business Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our client relationships. Your primary focus will be to support business accounts by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive success. What You'll Do: - You will manage and nurture existing business accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention. - You will identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts to drive revenue growth. - You will collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - You will provide timely and effective communication to clients regarding their accounts. - You will assist in resolving client issues and escalating concerns when necessary. - You will participate in regular team meetings and contribute to strategy development. - You will occasionally attend in-person meetings at the Plano office as required. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in business account management or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote/hybrid team. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Authorization to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or equivalent). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment. - Knowledge of the Plano business market and local client base. - Previous experience in a contract or long-term project role. - Additional language skills or sales certifications.
