What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in retail energy or related industries. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with business clients. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - US Citizenship, Green Card holder, or authorized to work in the US. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience specifically in retail energy sales or customer service. - Familiarity with call center metrics and performance standards. - Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency. - Experience working in a remote or virtual call center setting.
