Role Overview: As a Business Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our client relationships. Your primary focus will be to support business accounts by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will manage and nurture existing business accounts to maintain strong client relationships. - You will identify opportunities for account growth and upsell relevant products or services. - You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements. - You will handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience. - You will prepare and present account reports and updates to management. - You will participate in regular meetings, both remote and occasional in-office, to align on goals and strategies. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in business account management or a related sales role. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. - You possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You are authorized to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or equivalent). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment. - Knowledge of the Plano, TX business market. - Background in technology or business solutions sales. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
