Role Overview: As a Business Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships within a call center environment. Your primary focus will be to provide outstanding service to business accounts, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound and outbound calls to support business account inquiries and service requests. - You will manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely updates. - You will resolve customer issues related to retail energy services with a focus on customer satisfaction. - You will collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate complex account concerns. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards. - You will provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience. - You will adhere to company policies and compliance requirements. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in a call center environment. - You possess knowledge of retail energy products and services. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are authorized to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or equivalent). - You are available to work Monday through Friday between 7am and 7pm. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a retail energy call center. - Familiarity with CRM software and call center technologies. - Bilingual abilities or additional language skills. - Previous experience in a long-term contract role.
