Role Overview: As a Business Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting business accounts within a call center environment. Your primary focus will be to provide outstanding customer service and support to clients in the retail energy sector, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist business customers with their account inquiries and service needs. - You will manage account information, process orders, and resolve billing or service issues promptly. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. - You will identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to business clients. - You will adhere to company policies and compliance standards while delivering exceptional customer care. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in retail energy or related industries. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging customer interactions. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. - Ability to work flexible hours Monday through Friday between 7am and 7pm. - Must be a US Citizen, Green Card holder, or authorized to work in the US. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience in retail energy sales or account management. - Knowledge of energy market regulations and compliance requirements. - Bilingual skills to support a diverse customer base. - Experience with upselling and cross-selling techniques.
