What You'll Do: - You will manage and nurture existing business accounts to maintain strong client relationships. - You will identify new business opportunities and work to expand the client base. - You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements. - You will handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction. - You will prepare and present proposals and reports to clients and management. - You will track account performance and provide insights to improve service delivery. - You will participate in regular meetings, both remote and in-person, to align on goals and strategies. - You will stay updated on industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in business account management or a related field. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are authorized to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or equivalent). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment. - Knowledge of the Plano, TX business market. - Background in sales or customer service. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
