What You'll Do: - You will manage a portfolio of business accounts, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client retention. - You will identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue. - You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements. - You will conduct regular client meetings, both virtually and in-person, to review account performance and address any concerns. - You will prepare and present detailed reports on account status and sales forecasts. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights. - You will assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve targets. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in business account management or a related sales role. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. - You are proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You have the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. - You are self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills. - You are authorized to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or equivalent). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment. - Knowledge of the Plano, TX business market. - Previous experience in the technology or business solutions sector. - Additional language skills to support diverse client bases.
