What You'll Do: - You will manage a portfolio of business accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. - You will identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth. - You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - You will prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance. - You will participate in sales meetings and contribute to strategic planning. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in business account management or a related sales role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote/hybrid work environment. - US Citizenship, Green Card holder, or authorized to work in the US. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote or hybrid work setting. - Knowledge of the Plano, TX business market. - Background in technology or business services industries. - Additional language skills to support diverse client base.
