What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably with retail energy background. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient in using CRM software and other call center technologies. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are authorized to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or equivalent).
