What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. - You have a background in retail energy or a related industry. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. - You have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. - You are authorized to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card holder, or equivalent). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote call center environment. - Knowledge of energy market regulations and compliance. - Bilingual abilities or additional language skills. - Previous experience in sales or account management.
