Role Overview: As a Business Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting business accounts within a call center environment. Your primary focus will be to provide outstanding customer service and support to clients in the retail energy sector, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist business customers with their account inquiries and service needs. - You will resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. - You will educate customers about retail energy products and services to help them make informed decisions. - You will document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. - You will collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex account issues. - You will meet or exceed performance metrics related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and company policies. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably within retail energy or a related field. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. - You have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - You are authorized to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card holder, or equivalent). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in retail energy sales or customer service. - Familiarity with call center performance metrics and quality assurance processes. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience in long-term contract roles.
