Your primary focus will be to support business accounts by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will manage and nurture relationships with business clients to drive account growth and retention. - You will identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - You will participate in regular meetings, both remote and occasional in-office, to align on goals and strategies. - You will contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to better serve clients. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in business account management or a related sales role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote/hybrid team. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - US Citizenship, Green Card holder, or authorized to work in the US. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment. - Knowledge of the Plano, TX business market. - Background in technology or business solutions sales. - Additional language skills to support diverse client base.
