Role Overview: As a Business Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our client relationships. Your primary focus will be to support business accounts by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive success. What You'll Do: - You will manage and nurture relationships with business clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. - You will identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of client accounts. - You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements. - You will handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards. - You will prepare and present reports on account status and performance to stakeholders. - You will participate in regular meetings, both remote and occasional in-office, to align on goals and strategies. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in business account management or a related field. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective client relationships. - You possess problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You are authorized to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or equivalent). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment. - Knowledge of the Plano, TX business market. - Previous experience in a contract or long-term project role. - Additional language skills to support diverse client bases.
