Role Overview: As a Business Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting business accounts within a call center environment. Your primary focus will be to provide outstanding customer service and support to retail energy clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist business customers with their account inquiries and service needs. - You will resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. - You will manage account information accurately and update customer records in the system. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. - You will meet or exceed performance metrics related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity. - You will stay informed about retail energy products and services to provide knowledgeable support. - You will adhere to company policies and compliance standards in all customer interactions. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably with retail energy or related industries. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging customer situations. - Proficiency in using CRM software and call center technology. - Ability to work Monday through Friday between 7am and 7pm, with flexibility as needed. - Authorization to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or equivalent). Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience specifically in retail energy customer service. - Bilingual abilities to support a diverse customer base. - Experience working in a remote call center setting. - Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the energy sector.
