What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist business clients with their account inquiries and service needs. - You will manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely updates and resolutions. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to business clients. - You will adhere to company policies and compliance standards in all customer interactions. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge and industry trends. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably with a focus on retail energy or related industries. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with business clients. - You possess excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You are authorized to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or equivalent). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience specifically in the retail energy sector. - Previous experience in a remote call center role. - Bilingual abilities to support diverse customer bases. - Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the energy industry.
