What You'll Do: - You will manage and nurture relationships with existing business accounts to ensure client retention and satisfaction. - You will identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts to drive revenue growth. - You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements. - You will conduct regular account reviews and provide strategic recommendations to clients. - You will handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards. - You will prepare and present sales proposals and reports to stakeholders. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights. - You will participate in remote and occasional on-site meetings to maintain strong client connections. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in business account management or sales. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote/hybrid team. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - US Citizenship, Green Card holder, or authorized to work in the US.
