What You'll Do: - You will manage a portfolio of business accounts, ensuring client needs are met effectively. - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention. - You will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. - You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions to clients. - You will handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. - You will prepare and present regular reports on account status and sales performance. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights. - You will participate in occasional on-site meetings at our Plano office as required. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in business account management or a related sales role. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You have the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid work environment. - You are authorized to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or equivalent). Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote or hybrid work setting. - Knowledge of the Plano, TX business market. - Previous experience in contract or long-term client management. - Familiarity with business solutions and technology services.
