What You'll Do: - You will manage a portfolio of business accounts, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client retention. - You will identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to promote growth. - You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements. - You will conduct regular client meetings, both virtually and occasionally in-person, to review account performance and address concerns. - You will prepare and present detailed reports on account status and sales forecasts. - You will negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in business account management or a related sales role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote/hybrid team. - US Citizenship, Green Card holder, or authorized to work in the US. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment. - Knowledge of the Plano, TX business market. - Background in contract negotiation and sales forecasting. - Familiarity with business solutions and technology services.
