Role Overview: As a Business Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing client relationships. Your primary focus will be to understand client needs, provide exceptional service, and drive business growth through effective account management. What You'll Do: - You will manage a portfolio of business accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. - You will identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services. - You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - You will analyze market trends to provide insights and recommendations to clients. - You will participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product offerings. - You will support the sales team in achieving overall business objectives. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in business account management or a related sales role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote/hybrid team. - US Citizenship, Green Card holder, or authorized to work in the US. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment. - Knowledge of the Plano, TX business market. - Background in technology or business solutions sales. - Additional language skills.
