Role Overview: As a Business Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our client relationships. Your primary focus will be to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction to drive business growth. What You'll Do: - You will manage and nurture existing business accounts to maintain strong client relationships. - You will identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts to increase revenue. - You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements. - You will conduct regular client meetings and presentations to communicate product updates and benefits. - You will track and report on account performance metrics to senior management. - You will resolve client issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights. - You will participate in remote and occasional in-person meetings at the Plano office. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in business account management or sales. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. - Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid work environment. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - US Citizenship, Green Card holder, or authorized to work in the US. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a technology or solutions-based company. - Familiarity with the Plano, TX business market. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Additional language skills to support diverse client base.
