Your primary focus will be to provide outstanding customer service and support to clients in the retail energy sector, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound and outbound calls to support business accounts in the retail energy sector. - You will resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, maintaining high customer satisfaction. - You will manage account information and update records accurately in the system. - You will collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and escalate issues when necessary. - You will meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards consistently. - You will maintain knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to provide informed assistance. - You will adhere to company policies and compliance requirements in all interactions. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in retail energy. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are authorized to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card holder, or equivalent). - You are available to work Monday through Friday between 7am and 7pm. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Knowledge of the retail energy market and related regulations. - Previous experience in a long-term contract role. - Bilingual abilities or additional language skills.
