Full Description

The Cloud Operations Administrator (COA) is responsible for supporting and administering Inspira's Azure-based cloud infrastructure and related operational platforms. This role focuses heavily on Azure operations, monitoring, automation, production incident troubleshooting, systems administration, and infrastructure reliability. The ideal candidate combines strong operational discipline with hands-on experience supporting cloud infrastructure in production environments. Core Technical Areas Azure Infrastructure & Operations • Azure Virtual Machines • Azure Networking (VNets, NSGs, Route Tables, Private Endpoints, VPN Gateways) • Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory • Azure Backup & Site Recovery • Microsoft Azure operational services and tooling Infrastructure as Code & Automation • Terraform • Ansible • Bicep / ARM • CI/CD pipelines • PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages Monitoring & Observability • Azure Monitor • Log Analytics • Datadog • Monitoring platforms, alerting, dashboards, and operational response • Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Systems Administration • Windows Server • Linux Administration • Active Directory / Entra ID • VMware • Identity and Access Management Modern Infrastructure • AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) • Kubernetes • Containerized workloads • Cloud-native operational support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) • Host Pools • FSLogix • Session Host Administration • AVD troubleshooting and performance management Primary Responsibilities • Administer and support enterprise Azure infrastructure and cloud services. • Monitor platform health and proactively investigate alerts, incidents, and service degradation. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across infrastructure, networking, identity, and application layers. • Support Infrastructure as Code deployments and operational automation initiatives. • Maintain Active Directory and Entra ID environments. • Support disaster recovery, backup validation, and business continuity efforts. • Participate in on-call rotations and production incident response. • Develop and maintain operational runbooks and technical documentation. • Partner with Cloud Engineering, Development, Security, and Client Service teams to support platform operations. Education: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience Certification: • Certifications preferred: AZ-900 Skills & Abilities: • 1-3 Years of Relevant Experience • Hands-on Azure administration in production environments. • Experience supporting Infrastructure as Code deployments. • Experience using Azure Monitor, Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, or similar monitoring platforms. • Experience supporting AKS/Kubernetes environments. • Experience administering Azure Virtual Desktop. • Experience troubleshooting production incidents and performing root cause analysis. • Strong systems administration foundation across Windows, Linux, VMware, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
