Insperity is seeking a Program Manager, Enterprise Program Management to join our ePMO team and lead high-impact initiatives that shape the future of our organization. This role is not just about managing projects—it’s about leading strategic change and business transformation through programs that span multiple business units, external partners, and strategic priorities. You’ll be part of a collaborative team of strategic thinkers who are guiding complex initiatives that align with our Enterprise Strategy and deliver measurable results across the organization. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. • 5–7 years of experience in program management, business transformation, change management, or project management. • Proven track record of managing multiple strategic programs or projects within a broader portfolio. • Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and managing complex initiatives in a dynamic environment to achieve corporate strategic goals and objectives. • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, executive-level communication, cross-functional leadership, and strategic partnerships • Proficiency in program management tools such as Smartsheets, Wrike, or similar platforms Preferred Qualifications • Master’s degree in a related discipline. • Experience in the PEO industry, HR/Payroll domain, or HCM technology. • Certification in Program or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, ACP, SAFe, Prosci). • Familiarity with enterprise governance and strategy execution frameworks, strategic planning processes, or OKR methodologies Key Responsibilities • Establishes and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders—including sponsors, customers, vendors, and internal teams - to foster collaboration and support program initiatives • Identifies program risks, gaps, and barriers to execution efficiency, and presents to cross-functional leadership for decision making and mitigation • Facilitates the creation and tracking of OKRs, KPIs, and financial metrics to measure program performance and provide visibility to senior leadership • Leads scope definition, roadmap creation, and monitoring of projects within a program portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business goals • Manages project scope, change requests, stakeholder expectations, and facilitates decision-making to resolve conflicts and maintain alignment • Educates stakeholders and identifies change agents to champion strategic program objectives and drive engagement • Influences and proactively coordinates communication of plan progress with regular status updates to business leaders and project team members • Navigates dependencies between cross-functional teams and organizational priorities to ensure cohesive execution • Deliver a consistent and exemplary experience across departments and vendors, balancing results with culture, communication, and change management • Collaborate with the Enterprise Project Management Office to design and expand program and project management best practices At Insperity, we celebrate the diversity of our employees and our leadership.
