At Inspectify, we are a YCombinator (S20) backed startup building the leading marketplace for home inspections. Our software streamlines the inspection experience and creates the single most comprehensive data set of every single home. We operate in both the United States and Canada and partner with some of the most prominent and fastest growing real estate brokerages in the world. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical team member to join our growing Operations Support team. This team plays a key role in transforming a traditionally outdated industry by delivering a best-in-class experience for our customers, brokerage partners, and the inspectors and service providers who power our platform. Description: As an Operations Support Associate, you’ll help scale our operations by bringing structure to ambiguity. This role is centered on quality, auditing, and continuous improvement, with room to experiment, learn quickly, and take ownership as the business grows. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, use data and emerging tools to inform decisions, and help turn evolving needs into repeatable, scalable, well-defined operating processes. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is excited to grow their impact over time. Your responsibilities include: • Audit workflows, reports, and product experiences to identify patterns, gaps, and quality issues • Analyze data and trends to investigate discrepancies and improve accuracy across reports, invoices, and site data • Build, test, and refine scalable operational processes, including stress testing before launches • Own and improve the issue escalation process to ensure timely, effective resolution • Own and maintain the knowledge base, documentation, playbooks, and training materials • Contribute and lead projects focused on auditing, process improvement, automation, and thoughtful use of AI What you bring to the table: • A builder’s mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and quality issues in data and audits • High attention to detail and a consistent focus on accuracy and quality • Ability to take feedback and translate it into practical process or documentation improvements • Comfort working in evolving environments and turning ambiguous needs into clear, repeatable workflows • Interest in using automation and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and operational decision-making • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams • Relevant experience in operations, quality assurance, data analysis, or knowledge base management is preferred but not required This job is open to candidates in the US or Canada.
