Part-Time | Remote About INSTITUTUS INSTITUTUS is a global education platform that offers interactive, Zoom-based trainings for mental health professionals. Our PsychoTalks Webinar Series features experienced therapists sharing clinical insights, therapeutic tools, and case reflections with peers in the field of mental health. Position Overview We are currently seeking licensed psychotherapists or clinical psychologists specializing in Child & Adolescent Therapy to join our PsychoTalks speaker team. Each speaker will present a live webinar (45–60 minutes) focused on child or adolescent therapy, followed by a brief interactive Q&A session. In addition to webinars, speakers may also be invited to participate in certificate-based training programs (8, 16, or 32 hours) focusing on therapeutic interventions with children and families. Responsibilities • Deliver a 45–60-minute webinar on child or adolescent psychotherapy, including theory, tools, or case examples • Prepare and share slides or handouts before the event • Engage with questions from a professional audience of therapists • Optionally, contribute to longer-format trainings (8–32 hours) Compensation • $50 per webinar session, paid within 3 business days • $30 per hour for teaching roles in full-length training programs (8–16–32 hours) Candidate Profile We’re looking for speakers who are: • Licensed Psychotherapists or Clinical Psychologists (Master’s or Doctoral level) • Specialized in Child & Adolescent Therapy (play therapy, CBT for children, family systems, trauma-focused child therapy, etc.) • Fluent in English, with strong public speaking skills • Passionate about professional education and peer learning Sample Topics Include • Play Therapy Techniques for Children • Supporting Emotional Regulation in Children & Adolescents • Working with Families in Child Therapy • Trauma-Informed Approaches for Children • Managing ADHD, Anxiety, and Behavioral Disorders in Youth Format & Location • Remote (Zoom-based live webinars) Job Types: Contract, Temporary Pay: $50 per webinar | $30/hr (longer trainings) Schedule: Choose your own hours Work Location: Remote Job Types: Contract, Temporary Pay: $50.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: Remote
