Learn more at insightsoftware.com. Job Description The insightsoftware Finance team is looking for a Senior Manager, Order to Cash with responsibility for Collections and Adjustments. The Senior Manager will continue strengthening processes and lead the team built over the past two years during which extensive transformation and structural changes have been implemented for this growing SaaS software company as it continues toward a goal of $1B in Revenue. Your work will include driving the strategy for collections and adjustments through collaboration with Acquisition Integration projects to ensure smooth transitions of newly acquired businesses, further developing best practices together with Revenue Enablement team, and collaboration with Sales, Customer Success and Channel partner teams to deliver best in class aging position driven by prompt payments from customers together with excellence in the customer experience across the globe. You will report into the Director, Order to Cash and you will be a remote employee. Responsibilities Manage collections and adjustments teams, providing guidance, support, and training as needed Develop and implement effective collections strategies and procedures to maximize debt recovery while maintaining positive customer relationships Monitor and analyze the performance of the team, implementing measures to improve productivity and success rates Communicate with customers regarding their outstanding debts, negotiating payment plans, settlements, or other resolutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and customer service, to resolve complex or escalated customer issues Identify refinements to organization structure and processes to enable best in class customer experience Qualifications This role requires a self-starter, highly organized leader with the ability to motivate and guide a global team to achieve targets and deadlines, commanding excellent verbal and written communication skills, who is has an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills with ability to think creatively to find solutions to challenges faced by the team. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues is key to success. 5+ years of experience in Order to Cash, Revenue Operations, or a similar field including oversight of Collections Strong analytical, problem-solving and change leadership skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding collections targets Consistent track record of handling ambiguity in a fast-paced work environment Strong knowledge of collections practices, laws, and regulations Ability to build positive relationships with peers and senior leadership Excellent communication, influencing skills and team member management, leading team in a remote first working environment supported by team based in India Clear and effective written communication skills Customer Experience / Customer first mindset Have experience improving processes to drive better outcomes Salesforce, and NetSuite experience highly valued Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #LI-Remote ** At this time insightsoftware is not able to offer sponsorship to candidates who are not eligible to work in the country where the position is located. ** Learn more about our high-energy, high-performance global team.
