We’re Hiring: Remote Psychotherapists (Contract | Full-Time Preferred) Insight Wellness Center is a long-standing, clinician-led psychotherapy practice serving Northern and Southern California for over 25 years. We are currently seeking compassionate, skilled psychotherapists to join our collaborative team in a fully remote (telehealth) contract role. Full-time availability is preferred, though we will also consider part-time clinicians (minimum of 20 hours per week). Due to continued community demand, we are especially interested in providers open to seeing Kaiser external patients and insurance-based psychotherapy clients. ⸻ Position Overview • 1099 contract position • Full-time preferred; part-time (20+ hours/week) considered • 100% remote / telehealth • Flexible scheduling • Clinicians may manage their own schedules or receive scheduling support through our intake coordination team • We actively manage the business and administrative aspects so you can focus on clinical care ⸻ Ideal Candidates We welcome clinicians who are: • Licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD/PhD) or newly licensed • Paneled with insurance or experienced with insurance-based care • Committed to providing culturally responsive, inclusive, and ethical treatment to diverse populations • Collaborative, organized, and clinically thoughtful Specialties or experience that are a plus (not required): • Trauma-informed or trauma-responsive approaches • CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based behavioral therapies • EMDR-informed, somatic, or integrative modalities • Work with anxiety, depression, grief, relational concerns, and complex trauma ⸻ What We Provide We remove administrative burden so clinicians can focus on meaningful clinical work.
