About the role As a Software Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients to ensure their success with our software solutions. We will count on you to work closely with existing customers to understand their needs, provide support, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Insight products and services. Along the way, you will get to: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts to understand their business objectives and software needs. Quoting and Selling of Software for targeted clients Serve as the primary point of contact for clients (for Software), addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Develop a thorough understanding of software products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
