About the role As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of project milestones. We will count on you to have strong organizational skills, effective communication, and experience in vendor and stakeholder management. Along the way, you will get to: Plan, execute, and oversee HCA projects from initiation through completion. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestone tracking. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project goals. Facilitate regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Manage vendor relationships, including contract compliance, performance tracking, and issue resolution. Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date. Monitor project budgets and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with HCA standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or related industries. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira). Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
