About the role The Services Team Lead is responsible for leading a Services team to success. Incumbents are responsible for process execution and evaluation, workload leveling, strategic implementation of improved processes and building client relationship. As a Team Lead Services you will: Subject matter expert in all aspects of Desk Side Support. Coach and mentor less experienced teammates. Provide escalation direction and/or assistance to teammates. Responsible for maintaining current knowledge of all applicable systems and software tools. Accountable for timely response to client issues based on severity and priority. Regularly monitor teammates for training opportunities and provide feedback to Services management. Act as the first point of reference for teammates, as well as the point of contact for all clients and teammates during a manager’s absence. What we’re looking for Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or two to three years of related experience. Must have a proven track record in handling and resolving escalations. Proven mentoring and training abilities needed. Success in increasing teammate morale and successfully leading a team a plus.
