Insight Global is looking for a Vice President, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (EIB) for a large non-profit organization. The Vice President Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (EIB) leads the Federation’s equity, inclusion and belonging efforts to ensure the Federation becomes the 21st century organization it envisions, and achieves its mission of uniting all Americans to ensure wildlife and people thrive in a rapidly changing world. This role turns the clients commitments and values into operational reality—fostering the needed culture to build the systems, leadership capabilities, and organizational practices that allow a thriving workforce and community of partners to have a sense of belonging. This role helps ensure that fairness, access, and equal opportunity are embedded across how we recruit, develop, lead, and partner in pursuit of our mission, while maintaining legal compliance and transparency. Experience leading through organizational change, restructuring, or moments of heightened scrutiny, with demonstrated resilience and steadiness. • Non-Profit employment experience • Credibility with executives, staff, and external partners with proven ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and boards, influencing decisions, navigating resistance, and balancing urgency with organizational readiness. • Demonstrated knowledge of equal opportunity laws and concepts applicable to this body of work. Familiar with anti-discrimination, and employment laws and concepts relevant to equity and inclusion work, and experience partnering effectively with legal teams.
